I am a Psychologist accredited by British Psychological Society (BPS) with a postgraduate training in Integrative Psychotherapy with University of Derby in UK. My specialization is in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) through IEDTA Certified 3 year Clinical Training Program with ISTDP Institute in Australia.

My approach is grounded in the clinical research and evidence that meaningful and lasting change occurs when we are able to face and process the true emotions and inner conflicts that often remain outside of conscious awareness causing all sorts of pain and suffering across clinical diagnostic spectrum.

In my work, I focus on helping individuals identify and break through long standing  unconscious patterns of anxiety, emotional avoidance, and relational difficulties. Using the principles of ISTDP and other evidence based psychotherapy modalities, I support clients in accessing deeper emotional experiences, resolving past traumas, and building healthier, more authentic connections with themselves and others.

I provide a focused, collaborative, and compassionate space where therapy is not only a conversation — but a process of real emotional transformation. Among other problems, my work is suitable for those dealing with depression, anxiety, chronic self-doubt, anger management problems, personality disorders, psychosomatic symptoms, and relationship struggles.

I also love to help other therapists and students interested in learning the basics of psychotherapy within ISTDP and Psychodynamic models.

I am also a founder of ISTDP-HUB portal for connecting ISTDP practitioners worldwide with valuable resources, trainings and development.
